This screw conveyor is designed for volumetric dosing and transport of fine to medium sized powders and granular products. The product enters the loading hopper by gravity and is moved in the opposite direction by a helical rotary motion, ideal for inclined or vertical loads. Inside, a spiral welded to a shaft with diameter proportional to the production is supported by ball bearings. The flow rate depends on the speed and diameter of the spiral. The screw is equipped with a gear motor and an anti‐jamming sensor and can be supplied with opening bottoms for easy cleaning.
