The aspiration channel separates light impurities such as dust, flakes, empty grains and light seeds from cereals. Use the difference in weight and air velocity to remove impurities from the cereal. The first is sucked in and sent to a cyclone or filter, while the cereal is directed to the next processing. Built entirely in steel, it has adjustable air speed plates, full‐view inspection windows and feed and suction adjustment devices for easy and effective hygiene. The general suction is controlled by a throttle valve which ensures precise process control.
