The Single Vibro Separator is used for cleaning and suction of various types of granular products. Evenly distributes the product flow along the entire length of the sieve via adjustable planes with micro regulators to maximize exposure to the sieve surface during the cleaning process. It has two sieve decks to separate large waste and fine impurities and a large plexiglass window for monitoring the status of the feeder. The sieves are made of cast aluminium with metal mesh or perforated plates.Two versions are available: one with inclined sieve to adapt to the different cleaning phases of the mill and the other with increased angle for a more effective pre‐cleaning or optimal feeding into the silo.
